We offer a pick up service at no extra charge from our location at 28 Curtin St Cabramatta NSW by appointment only. Our usual available times are between 9am - 6pm, 7 days a week but we ask that you kindly check with us in advance to arrange an appointment time by contacting us on the phone number on the top of this page, email: contact@chickencoopdirect.com.au or Contact Us Here.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our orders using national carriers including TNT, Australia Post and Fastway couriers. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched shortly after. The estimated time of arrival of deliveries depend on your location and is usually 1-2 days to Sydney Metro, 2-3 days to Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast metro & Regional NSW, 3-4 days to Adelaide, Regional VIC, Regional MEL, Regional QLD, 5-7 days to Perth & Regional SA, 7-10 days Regional WA, Tasmania and NT. 
Privacy & Security
We at ChickenCoopDirect.com.au take your privacy seriously and take all reasonable care when transferring and storing your details. We only collect the information that we need to conduct our business such as names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. For the purpose of processing your order, we may disclose your details to our payment gateway service provider (PayPal), our courier companies, our order fulfillment companies and where required by law to government or regulatory authorities. 

No credit card details are stored permanently by ChickenCoopDirect. 
We do not sell your details to anyone.

Returns & Replacements
All our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with the purchase or receive a faulty/damaged product, we will be happy to refund or exchange the item for you provided it is still new, unused, resalable in its original packaging and we are notified within 14 days of delivery - Contact Us Here. We will endevour to repair or replace the item where possible but if the stock is no longer available then a full refund will be provided. If the return is due to a product defect or damage during transport, then we will cover the cost of return shipping. However if the request is to refund or exchange the item due to a change of mind then the buyer will be required to cover the cost of return shipping.
Payment Options
If you have not paid for your order and are intending to pick it up then we only accept cash on pick up as we do not have the payment processing facilities at our pick up location. However if you are paying online, we offer bank deposit and credit card payments through our payment provider PayPal. Bank deposit payments and credit card payments may take 1-3 business days to clear before we are able to process your order.
